Wie in dem Tutorial zu Beginn darauf hingewiesen wird, benötigt man für ein erfolgreiches Erstellen einer bootfähigen Windowsversion auf einem USB-Stick oder USB-Laufwerk eine Firmen-Lizenz von Windows XP. Ist man im Besitz einer solchen rechtmäßig erworbenen Lizenz, so stellt die Umsetzung des Tutorials keine Urheberrechtsverletzung von Microsoft dar.
Besitzern der Endanwender-Lizenz hingengen ist es nicht gestattet die Windowsversion parallel auf mehreren PCs zu nutzen. Der Aktivierungszwang verhindert dies zudem. |
